I’ve been where you are…
Fourteen years ago, I seemed to be on the right track and accomplished working in Corporate Finance with job security and prospects lined up. Yet I felt unhappy, unfulfilled, and bored. I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life so I made the transition to the Sustainable Development field within just 2 years and got my dream job at that time. Although I was excelling and growing in my leadership, I found myself chronically stressed, anxious, and eventually not growing anymore, but I wasn't sure what the next step was in my impact career.
My mindful venture took a lot of introspection, experimenting, and changing different aspects of my life for nearly a decade. From changing careers from Finance to Sustainable Development, to leaving family and friends to move to Europe, to founding and leading a non-profit, to getting married, to climbing the ladder within an organization, to the understated transformation of pregnancy and parenthood, and then leaving it all to move again with my family to start my own business coaching individuals and businesses.

The Clarity Coaching Immersion is a proven 3-month process leveraging evidence-based tools, performance and leadership training, life coaching, and positive psychology to radically transform your life + career.
What does it look like in practice?
The Immersion has 3 engines that drive you to your goal:
1. Bi-weekly Lessons, Live Workshops & Exercises
Over 12 weeks, you’ll be walked through a proven framework of 6 modules that build on top of each other to rapidly produce results. Each module is a short recorded lesson to introduce the concept, followed by a live virtual group workshop (3 hours each). These are recorded and replays are available on a user-friendly Hub to watch as many times as you need during the program.
In between sessions, there are home ‘play’ reflection exercises and accountability check-ins to go deeper and refine the topics covered it.
2. 1-on-1 Mentoring & Coaching
You’ll have one 1v1 session (30 min.) with a Mentor to accelerate your progress during the Immersion with personalized feedback and guidance on the exercises. You’ll also have one 1v1 Coaching session (90 min.) to help you overcome any blocks or mindsets holding you back from progressing on your journey.
3. A Network of Impact-Driven Professionals
Between sessions you’ll have access to a diverse global community of like-minded professionals on the journey with you to grow your network for group peer learning, accountability and support.

You’ll receive calendar invites with zoom details once onboarding begins and everything is recorded and easy access in the Content Hub if you can't make it live.
We start onboarding you on April 1st 2025 so you have a full month to feel comfortable on the platforms, connect with the community, and understand the Impact Leader Journey before the Module 1 workshop on April 30th.
The group size will range between 25 to a maximum of 50 people so we maintain an intimate experience together.
It ranges from 30 minutes - 4 hours per week depending on if there is a workshop. The magic happens in between sessions - there are home ‘play’ reflection exercises and accountability check-ins to go deeper and refine the topics covered, which can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 -4 hours – the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
I love your ambition! It is possible to complete the process in 6 weeks. However, we’ve been testing the process for 5 years and have found that more space between workshops leads to greater success since the magic of self-reflection happens in between the sessions. It’s worth the extra time and before you know it, the 12 weeks have gone by.
All in the comfort of your home, office, or an inspiring location— pretty much anywhere you want with a strong internet connection. The module lessons are available on demand in the Hub. The workshops are all delivered virtually via Zoom. We know you’re tired of virtual meetings so we’ve really gone the extra mile to make it highly engaging and interactive. One participant last year said ‘I can’t believe we’re able to go this deep online!”
