I’ve been where you are…
Fourteen years ago, I seemed to be on the right track and accomplished working in Corporate Finance with job security and prospects lined up. Yet I felt unhappy, unfulfilled, and bored. I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life so I made the transition to the Sustainable Development field within just 2 years and got my dream job at that time. Although I was excelling and growing in my leadership, I found myself chronically stressed, anxious, and eventually not growing anymore, but I wasn't sure what the next step was in my impact career.
My mindful venture took a lot of introspection, experimenting, and changing different aspects of my life for nearly a decade. From changing careers from Finance to Sustainable Development, to leaving family and friends to move to Europe, to founding and leading a non-profit, to getting married, to climbing the ladder within an organization, to the understated transformation of pregnancy and parenthood, and then leaving it all to move again with my family to start my own business coaching individuals and businesses.
The lessons learned from this decade-long journey of searching for purpose, a high-impact career, and leading a fulfilling, stress-free life inspired me to deliver an evidence-based service to other purpose-driven people and leaders to achieve the seemingly impossible in less time.

What is the Clarity Coaching Immersion?
The Clarity Coaching Immersion is a proven process leveraging evidence-based tools, performance and leadership training, life coaching, and positive psychology that will radically uplevel your self-awareness and your life holistically.

In this 12-week experience, you’ll dive deeper than you ever have in your personal and leadership growth — but more importantly, you’ll discover how to implement these concepts into to your life and work in 2024.
What does it look like in practice?
After an initial onboarding period in July to get you acquainted with the platforms, connecting with the community, and understanding the quadrants of change framework and Impact Leader Journey, we'll dive into the Immersion.
The Immersion consists of 6 Modules that build on top of each other, combining virtual group workshops (3 hours each), and a virtual full day-intensive incorporating coaching workshops, guided meditation, and breathwork.

Connect + Understand the Impact Leader Journey - July 1 - 31st
Meet the community of Impact Makers on the journey with you, and learn the 4 quadrants of change and 5 stages of the Impact Leader Journey. This will give you clarity on where you are on the journey and which specific milestones to focus on now.
Module 1 -
Connect with who you are and your Definition of Success - Friday Aug 16th
Harness the power of self-awareness by exploring your talents, gifts, passions, and values. Upgrade the definition of success you inherited to one on your terms. This lays the foundation for the rest of the Immersion.
Module 2 -
Discover Your Zone Of Genius - Friday Sept 6th
Learn the distinction between your Zone of Excellence and Zone of Genius strengths and how that impacts your sense of balance.
Module 3 -
Define Your Unique Personal Purpose - Friday Sept 20th
Explore how you can use your zone of Genius strengths to contribute to something greater than yourself, to give you meaning, and leave your legacy.

Set Vision-Aligned Annual Goals - Friday Oct 18th
Learn how to set a hierarchy of goals, or ‘goal stack’, that will keep you focused, motivated and inspired to continuously take action.

Define Your Personal Roadmap - Friday Nov 8th
Learn how to break down your goals into concrete, practical actions and the tools and habit hacks to make it easy to stay in action toward your purpose-driven Vision of a balanced life and leadership on your terms.

Yes, all the sessions happen on Fridays on the following dates:
Onboarding - July 12th, 19ths, and 26th calls (1 hour each)
Module 1 - August 16th (3 hours)
Module 2 - September 6th (3 hours)
Module 3 - September 20th (3 hours)
Module 4 - October 4th (DAY Intensive)
Module 5 - October 18th (3 hours)
Module 6 - November 8th (3 hours)
You’ll receive calendar invites with zoom details once onboarding begins and everything is recorded and easy access in the Content Hub if you can't make it live.
We start onboarding you on July 1st so you have a full month to feel comfortable on the platforms, connect with the community, and understand the Impact Leader Journey before the Module 1 workshop on August 16th.
The group size will range between 25 to a maximum of 50 people so we maintain an intimate experience together.
It ranges from 30 minutes - 4 hours per week depending on if there is a workshop. The magic happens in between sessions - there are home ‘play’ reflection exercises and accountability check-ins to go deeper and refine the topics covered, which can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 -4 hours – the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
I love your ambition! It is possible to complete the process in 6 weeks. However, we’ve been testing the process for 5 years and have found that more space between workshops leads to greater success since the magic of self-reflection happens in between the sessions. It’s worth the extra time and before you know it.
All in the comfort of your home, office, or an inspiring location— pretty much anywhere you want with a strong internet connection. The 3-hour workshops and the 1-day intensive for Module 4 are all delivered virtually via Zoom. We know you’re tired of virtual meetings so we’ve really gone the extra mile to make it highly engaging and interactive. One participant last year said ‘I can’t believe we’re able to go this deep online!”
