I’ve been where you are — navigating unspoken expectations, invisible pressure, and the constant feeling that more is never quite enough.
I’m Mariya, an executive coach working with female leaders in impact, finance, sustainability, and purpose-driven organisations.
Before founding Mindful Venture, I spent over a decade inside global development and investment environments… facing the same political complexity, responsibility creep, and high-stakes dynamics my clients face today.
I’ve coached women across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the U.S., helping them lead with clarity, confidence, and presence.
The women I work with don’t just grow, they step into roles that align with their vision, not just others’ expectations.
